STANDARD OPERATING HOURS

Bronnie’s Coffee Tech is open and ready to serve our customers from 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding certain holidays. After-hours and weekend emergency calls are dependent upon the availability of our team and will be billed at overtime rates.

We maintain two time slots for periodic maintenance (PM) appointments, which tend to take a few hours. If your location requires earlier or later start times for pre-scheduled PMs, additional fees may apply.

STANDARD SERVICE RATES

Our standard service rate of $135/hr labor & travel applies to work performed within our regular business hours. Higher base rate may apply if the customer location is restricted or if customer regulations require special insurance, paid access qualifications, or other considerations. If you are already billed at a higher rate, that is your base rate. 

We offer flat rate fees for routine PM appointments on various brands of equipment for which we stock parts and which are prevalent among our customer base. These fees include labor and the cost of all manufacturer-recommended parts for the service. These fees do not include sales tax or travel. We are happy to provide customized estimates based on your equipment package. Reach out at any time for a quote.

All service calls have a minimum one hour labor and one hour travel applied,* with exceeding time billed to the closest 15-minute increment. Travel outside our cities of origin (Atlanta, GA or Tallahassee, FL) will be billed round-trip.

*Customers are welcome to bring equipment to either of our physical warehouse locations to avoid the travel fee. We only ask that you contact dispatch@bronnies.com to schedule a drop-off first.


AFTER HOURS & HOLIDAY SERVICE RATES

Work beginning before 8:30am or after 5:00pm on a standard weekday, or work performed on a weekend or holiday, will be billed at an overtime base rate of $202.50/hr labor & travel.* We cannot guarantee immediate overtime availability. If the customer agrees that an issue is urgent enough to warrant overtime service and we have available technicians, overtime rates will be billed.

*This rate is 1.5x each customer’s regular hourly rate. Customers paying higher base rates will have proportionally higher overtime rates.


Billing Policies

  • Payment Terms: Unless otherwise negotiated, all invoices are due upon receipt. For new customers, Bronnie’s must have a payment method on file to dispatch a technician. Customers whose billing departments require net terms must make that clear upon onboarding.

  • Payment Methods: Invoices are sent via email and may be paid by ACH, credit card, check, or cash. Please inform billing@bronnies.com if invoices must be submitted in a particular way or uploaded into a portal for payment. Credit card payments are subject to 3% processing fees.

  • Billing Hold: If invoices are not paid in a timely manner, we reserve the right to require payment of past due invoices before continuing to respond to new service calls.

  • Returns and Refunds: We love to help our customers develop equipment packages suitable to their needs and we understand plans may change during a buildout. But in general, all equipment sales are final and non-refundable. Under certain circumstances, if the equipment has not shipped from the manufacturer and is not customized, Bronnie’s may be able to offer an exchange towards a different piece of equipment. This is not always guaranteed.

  • Estimates: Bronnie’s provides estimates for any major equipment purchase or large repair before embarking. But for existing customers and routine reactive service, please request an estimate before we dispatch a technician if an estimate is required or desired.
