Biannual
periodic maintenance Package
Two scheduled visits per year for the following maintenance:
Six month appointment:
Group maintenance: replace gaskets, screens, screws
Inspect valves, switches, electrical components
Steam wand/tap rebuild
Probe maintenance: temperature and water level
Inspect boiler temperatures: steam, preheat/coffee, group
Inspect boiler pressure: steam, preheat/coffee, group
Twelve month appointment:
Group maintenance: replace gaskets, screens, screws
Inspect valves, switches, electrical components
Steam wand/tap rebuild
Probe maintenance: temperature and water level
Inspect boiler temperatures: steam, preheat/coffee, group
Inspect boiler pressure: steam, preheat/coffee, group

Starts at $575/visit for a traditional 2 group espresso machine.*
Includes labor and all manufacturer-recommended parts. Does not include travel or sales tax.
Additional group heads add $50/visit.

Quarterly
periodic maintenance Package
Biannual service as described at left plus 2 additional visits to focus on maintenance needs for high volume cafes:
Three month appointment:
Group maintenance: replace gaskets, screens, screws
Attend to any present PM-related needs
Six month appointment:
Group maintenance, valves, steam wands, probes, boilers inspected/repaired as described at left.
Nine month appointment:
Group maintenance: replace gaskets, screens, screws
Attend to any present PM-related needs
Twelve month appointment:
Group maintenance, valves, steam wands, probes, boilers inspected/repaired/replaced as described at left.

Brewers and Grinders
periodic maintenance
Espresso grinders, batch grinders, and batch brewers can be maintained on their own or as part of an espresso PM visit.
Grinders are deep cleaned and burrs are checked or replaced if needed.
Brewers are checked for scale and cleaned as needed. Temperature and Water Level Probes are checked and cleaned.
Water is tested and filtration is evaluated and replaced if needed.

Brewer and Grinder PM servicing starts at $135/unit per visit.
Filtration cartridge replacements and burrs vary in price.
